For blind and visually impaired users:

- Speech recognition software that provides voice access to telephony and information management functions.
For those who are hearing impaired:
- TTY user interfaces on voice messaging and self-service IVR platforms.
- Specialized software that provided reliable transport of TTY signals on Voice over Internet Protocol networks.
- Hearing aid compatible user-adjustable amplified handsets.
